SEBASTIAN AND THE ENTIRE TEAM manage to make a space full of love, professionalism, empathy, and dedication to each participant. They make daily work a vocation. The atmosphere at Day Care is very friendly and warm; The daily activities (games, dancing, music, drawing) mean that the group of participants has a lot of interaction with each other, and they enjoy it a lot.

Big Smiles is a true blessing. My 94 year oldMother has been going their Adult Day Center since May. She comes home smiling and participating with us at home which before she wasn’t engaging. My mom is super happy with the Big Smiles team! They have activities every day. She is picked up and dropped off in a comfortable vehicle. She has lunch every day. Most importantly, she feels she belongs to a community. Thank you Sebastián (the owner), Natty, Ibis and all team members who take good care of our elder adults! And they speak Spanish too which is a big plus!
We were very hesitant to send our mother with dementia to a day care, but Sebastian and his team at Big Smiles eased all of our concerns. They are all wonderful with Mom; kind, patient and very accommodating in trying to meet Mom’s special needs. At the beginning, the pick up schedule was not going to work for Mom, and Sebastian bent over backwards to rearrange things to accommodate Mom. Their cancellation policy is very generous, and you choose a payment schedule that works for you. Even Mom’s nurse, who visits Mom once in awhile at Big Smiles, comments on how Big Smiles is better than many other facilities she has visited. Even though Mom never remembers anything from her day there, she always smiles and says, “Oh, yes,” when I ask her if she wants to go again. Thank you, Sebastian and your wonderful team!
Big smiles is an excellent solution for the one who is looking for a reliable place to take care of their love ones. The staff is outstanding!!! very professional, caring and compassionate. My mother now, exercises daily, loves to paint and makes tons of crafts!! She loves to go there, and never wants to miss a day!!! I love that I can go to work in peace, knowing that she is receiving the best care. I am very thankful to Sebastian, and to all his staff for their dedication and care.
